Privacy policy

IntroSlot ("we") is a meeting-scheduling service operated by RevenueFlow Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Who uses IntroSlot
Hosts are people at businesses we serve who connect a calendar so others can book time with them. Guests are people who book a meeting with a host.
Information from hosts' Google or Microsoft accounts
When a host connects a calendar, they authorise IntroSlot through Google or Microsoft sign-in. We receive and use:
- Account identity: the email address and name of the connected account, to show which calendar is connected.
- Free/busy information: the times the host is busy, from the calendars the host selects. We use it only to work out which times to offer guests. We do not read event titles, descriptions or attendees of the host's existing events.
- Calendar list: the names of the host's calendars, so the host can choose which ones count as busy and where new bookings go.
- Events we create: when a guest books, we create that meeting on the host's calendar (with a video link if chosen), and update or delete that same event if it is rescheduled or cancelled. We do not modify or delete any other event.
We never access Gmail, Outlook mail, contacts or files.
Google API data. IntroSlot's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and no person reads it except where you ask us to for support, where needed for security, or where the law requires.
Information from guests
When you book, we collect your name, email address, time zone, the time you chose, and any answers you give on the booking form (for example a phone number or notes). We use it to create the meeting, send your confirmation and reminder emails, and let you reschedule or cancel. We share it with the host and the business you are meeting, because that is the point of the booking.
How we store and protect data
Calendar access tokens are encrypted before they are stored. Data is processed and stored by our service providers Cloudflare (hosting and email delivery), Postmark (transactional email delivery), and Supabase (database), in the United States. Google and Microsoft process calendar data under their own terms when they deliver invitations.
Retention and deletion
- A host can disconnect a calendar at any time from their connection page, or by removing IntroSlot from their Google or Microsoft account permissions. Disconnecting deletes the stored access tokens immediately.
- Booking records are kept while the business we serve needs them for its meetings and records, and deleted on request.
- To ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, email support@introslot.com. We answer within 30 days.
Cookies
IntroSlot does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes affecting connected hosts will be notified to them by email.
